13th Floor Tenant Improvements Completed at 1001 Water Street.

ABI is proud to share the completion of the 13th floor at 1001 Water Street, adding another finished space to one of downtown Tampa’s prominent office destinations.

The project encompassed 20,458 square feet of tenant improvements, with ABI completing the renovation of the entire 13th floor.

A Complete Floor Transformation

The scope of work included non-structural partitions, ceilings, finishes, and equipment, bringing the individual elements of the office together into a cohesive finished environment.

Large-scale tenant improvements require careful coordination among trades as walls, ceilings, building systems, finishes, and equipment come together within an established construction schedule.

With more than 20,000 square feet of space involved, planning and attention to detail were important throughout each stage of the project.

Building Inside 1001 Water Street

Working within a major commercial office building presents a different set of challenges than ground-up construction. Construction activities must be carefully coordinated within the existing building while maintaining the standards expected of a high-quality commercial environment.

The completed 13th floor demonstrates ABI’s experience delivering substantial commercial interior and tenant improvement projects throughout the Tampa Bay market.
