North Carolina State Employees’ Credit Union Renovation

ABI is proud to share the completion of a 4,458-square-foot interior renovation for State Employees’ Credit Union (SECU) in North Carolina.

The project involved a comprehensive renovation of the existing branch, giving the interior a fresh, updated environment while creating a space designed to continue serving SECU employees and members for years to come.

A Complete Interior Transformation

From floor to ceiling, the branch underwent a significant transformation. ABI coordinated the renovation of the existing space, bringing together the various trades, finishes, and building systems required to deliver a polished and professional financial environment.

Renovating an existing facility requires careful planning and coordination. Unlike new construction, the project team must work within the conditions of the existing building while integrating new materials, systems, and finishes into the space.

The completed branch demonstrates how a well-executed commercial renovation can give an existing property an entirely new look and purpose.

Building on an Established Relationship

This project also represents another opportunity for ABI to work with State Employees’ Credit Union as a repeat client.

Long-term client relationships have been an important part of ABI’s business since 1985.
