ABI is proud to share the completion of a two-story, 1,394-square-foot private garage suite at The Motor Enclave in Tampa.

Designed for a client with a passion for the automotive lifestyle, the finished space combines the functionality of a private garage with a distinctive environment that embraces the industrial character of The Motor Enclave.

Built for the Automotive Lifestyle

This project offered ABI the opportunity to work within a unique setting where the automobile is at the center of the experience.

The two-story suite provides a dedicated private space designed around the owner’s needs while complementing the automotive atmosphere of The Motor Enclave. The industrial character of the finished space fits naturally within a destination built for people who share a passion for cars and motorsports.

Working on the project also came with an unusual jobsite soundtrack — cars running on the nearby track as construction progressed.

While this project is smaller in scale than many of ABI’s commercial builds, it demonstrates the same attention to planning, coordination, and detail required to bring a client’s vision to life.
