ABI is proud to share the completion of a major office renovation for Wipro, a global technology and consulting company, in Tampa Bay.

Spanning more than 61,000 square feet across the first and third floors, the project transformed a substantial amount of existing interior space into an updated workplace designed to support Wipro’s Tampa Bay operations.

Transforming More Than 61,000 Square Feet

Large-scale interior renovations require careful coordination across multiple spaces, trades, and building systems. With work taking place on two separate floors, the Wipro project required ABI’s team to manage the many moving pieces involved in transforming more than 61,000 square feet of commercial office space.

From the underlying building systems to the finished interior environment, each phase of construction had to come together to create a cohesive workplace.

Projects of this scale demonstrate how commercial interior construction goes well beyond finishes. Planning, scheduling, coordination, and attention to detail all play an important role in successfully delivering a large workplace renovation.
