Scope of Work
ABI completed a 10,000-square-foot tenant build-out for Northern Trust within the Thousand & One building in Tampa’s Water Street district. The finished workplace combines sophisticated financial-office interiors with carefully coordinated building systems and specialty lighting.
The work included the tenant build-out, supplemental air-conditioning system, pre-action fire-protection system and 232 linear feet of custom cove lighting. ABI also coordinated temporary systems needed to protect the client’s occupancy schedule.
