Scope of Work
ABI constructed the five-story self-storage facility at 3935 W. Cypress Street in Tampa. Originally documented as Cypress Self Storage, the completed property now operates as Prime Storage.
The ground-up project included site work and complete structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire-alarm systems. Construction incorporated concrete, masonry and structural steel along with an elevator, impact-resistant storefront and curtain wall, automatic entrance doors, metal wall panels and TPO roofing.
