OpenText’s regional headquarters project involved a nearly 17,000-square-foot tenant build-out within Tampa’s IntelliCenter complex. The workplace supports the company’s regional operations with coordinated building systems and technology infrastructure.

The tenant improvement included HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm, electrical power, telecommunications, security, architectural lighting and lighting controls, together with infrastructure for the audio/visual system.
